

When no shuttle appeared, I called again and was told the driver had just left. The attendant told us 25 minutes for a shuttle, which sounded slow compared to the past. Tonight’s service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! After gathering our bags and heading for the “off site parking shuttle” location at the main terminal, we called for pickup as instructed on the company brochure. I have used EZ Air Park for years and always found them to be fast, efficient, and easy to use. We had a horrible experience tonight, we did not get 24/7 stressless service, and apparently this mirrors others’ recent experiences.

If the owner is reading this, please feel free to leave your number so I can speak with you direct. The lady in the front literally said you need to enter your card or you cant get out of the lot! She didn't even bother to look at my online receipt. I have been told THREE not once, not twice but THREE times I would get a call back by the end of the day and NOTHING! I was over charged by your lazy employees not doing their job. Maybe the company should get some quality employees. The only thing the "owner" if they really are the owner says is sorry we will try and be better in the future. I have not been rude and I've been extremely patient and still nothing. I have now been waiting for a call back from a manager for a week with no return phone call. I pre paid online and they were still charging me extra. As we were leaving the parking lot we were overcharged $11 which isn't extreme but we were told by the person at the front that we needed to pay this or we wouldn't be able to leave. We waited an hour because the "dispatcher" continued to hang up when I was trying to advise her we were waiting, she must have been "too busy". If I could give this zero stars I would! The ride to the airport was not bad, its when we landed back in MN the female answering the phone hung up on me three times. Unfortunately, even though the social experience was better, with different workers, the time delays were incredibly, INCONVENIENT. Told me she’d send someone, I still waited 20 minutes. The first time it rang for 6-7 min, with no answer.


The second time, going in- she was insistent that I had to scan the barcode, after twelve minutes of it not scanning, and me telling her I had tried to scan the barcode MANY times- she finally let me go through. The first experience, being screamed at by the parking attendant, being hung up on by the driver, the delay in pick up, and lack of customer service, should’ve detoured me from booking a second time with them, but I thought MAYBE service would be better, depending on who’s working. Yelled at me, while I was checking for my confirmation email when I was leaving. The parking attendant Bobbi, she was so rude. It took me 25 minutes, and 10 calls, to get ahold of someone, and then another 15 to get picked up.

When I got back, I called to get picked up, and nobody answered the phone. The first time, I parked, & called to be picked up, I got hung up on. I’ve parked with EZ Park twice (2 times) now.
